Vepix TV respects intellectual property rights and only broadcasts content for which it holds the necessary rights. If you believe that content accessible through vepix-tv.com or the Vepix TV service infringes your copyright or related rights, you can report it using the procedure below.
How to report content
Send your notice to contact@vepix-tv.com. To be processed, it must include the following, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the European Digital Services Act (DSA):
- Your first and last name, postal address, email address and, if you act on behalf of a rights holder, the name of that rights holder.
- An accurate description of the protected work or content you hold the rights to.
- The exact address (URL) of the content on vepix-tv.com, or any information that allows us to locate it precisely in the service.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the reported use is not authorised by the rights holder or by law.
- A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your handwritten or electronic signature.
An incomplete notice may delay its processing: we will then ask you for the missing information.
How we handle your notice
- We acknowledge receipt of your notice by email.
- We examine the notice carefully and, if it is justified, we remove or block access to the content concerned as quickly as possible.
- We inform you of the decision taken and, where applicable, the reasons for it.
Counter-notice
If content has been removed following a notice that you believe is mistaken, you can send us a counter-notice at contact@vepix-tv.com. It must state your contact details, the content removed and where it was before removal, and the reasons why you believe the removal results from a mistake or misidentification, together with your signature.
Abusive notices
Presenting content as unlawful while knowing this information to be inaccurate, in order to have it removed, may make you liable, including under criminal law. We reserve the right not to act on clearly abusive notices.
