This policy explains what personal data Vepix TV collects on vepix-tv.com, why, how long it is kept and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data controller

Data collected
- Orders: email address, first and last name, phone number, country of residence, plan ordered, amount and order history.
- Free trial requests: the information entered in the form, in particular your email address, as well as your IP address, the type of device used and the approximate location derived from the IP address (city, country, internet provider, use of a VPN).
- Messages to support: the content of your messages.
- Technical data: IP address and browsing information recorded by the server for website security.
Payment details (credit card, PayPal account) are entered with the payment provider, never on our website: we do not have access to them.
Why we use your data
- To process your order and send you the payment link and your login details (performance of the contract).
- To provide a free trial and prevent abuse, in particular multiple requests or requests made through a VPN (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest).
- To answer your questions and provide support (performance of the contract).
- To keep our accounts (legal obligation).
- To secure the website (legitimate interest).
- To show visitors the orders of the last 14 days in shortened form: first name, initial of the last name, plan ordered and date (legitimate interest). You can object at any time by writing to contact@vepix-tv.com: your order will no longer appear.
Your data is never sold or used for targeted advertising.
Who receives your data
- The website host, Hostinger, which stores the website and its data.
- The payment provider you use (PayPal, or the provider of the payment link for credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay).
- Our email provider, for sending and receiving emails.
- proxycheck.io (United Kingdom), which only receives the IP address of a trial request to indicate its country and detect a VPN or proxy.
- GTranslate (automatic translation service), only on the product, cart and checkout pages, and only if you choose a language other than French: the page text is then sent to it for translation.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep your data
- Order and customer account data: for the duration of the subscription, then 3 years after the last contact.
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (legal obligation).
- Free trial requests without an order: 1 year.
- Messages to support: 3 years after the last exchange.
- Server technical logs: 12 months at most.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, erase or port your data, ask us to restrict its processing, or object to its processing. Write to contact@vepix-tv.com; we reply within one month at most.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr), or with the authority of your country.
Cookies
The website only uses cookies that are necessary for it to work: cart, checkout session, account login and security. Your language is also remembered (vx_lang cookie and your browser’s local storage), to show the checkout pages in the language you use. These cookies are not used for audience measurement or advertising, so they do not require your consent. You can block them in your browser, but ordering will no longer work.
Fonts are hosted on our own server: no data is sent to Google Fonts when you visit.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS and access to the administration area is protected. Your IPTV login details are only sent to the email address provided when ordering.

This policy may change, for example if we add an audience measurement tool. The date of the last update is shown below.
